I enjoyed the location as we were able to walk to the beach and see the beach from the third floor.
The steps of the property had many lose side bars and 3 nails on the actual steps that were sticking out my husband stepped on one and was hurt but did not bleed. Would recommend having someone replace those as it looks like the wood has been rotting.

Location. Outside was very nice. The upper deck would have been nice it the tree wasn’t blocking the view of the ocean.
The beds were so uncomfortable. The sofa was dirty and full of stains.

We loved the location and yard.
The beds were uncomfortable. There was loose flat railings on decks. T.V remote didn't work downstairs. The condo needed updates and repairs..
