Overall we would stay at this house again. However, I want to mention a few things that I wish I would have known.1. There is only 1 television in the house. So, if everyone is wanting to wind down and go their separate ways, the only option is to be on your phone in the bedrooms.2. The stove really REALLY needs to be replaced. The stovetop burners all slant. Cooking something as simple as bacon was a struggle as one side would cook differently than the other. 3. We ended up going to Walmart for additional cushioning for the pull out bed. You could feel the coils in the mattress.4. I read this in a review already, but assumed they fixed it. The broom was missing its pole and the vacuum did not work. I ended up buying a 10 broom at Walmart. Since it was too expensive for the owners to buy one based on prior reviews, we left it there for future guests.5. The house is right next to the road for public access. Do not have the vision of only you on the beach. To be honest, it was not bad. Everyone left at a decent time and it wasn’t loud. We stayed over a weekend too.6. The company “evolve” did not respond to any of my messages before the trip. I ended up having to call them after a few days of no response . However when we were provided the person of contact for the stay, that person responded to our text messages almost right away. Pretty much, if you ok with the bare minimum and nothing fancy this house will work for you.

We enjoyed staying here, it was clean and comfortable. The reason that I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, is because the broom was broken, there was only one sheet pan and no other baking dishes, and the wifi did not work. The owner did spend multiple hours trying to fix the wifi, which we appreciated but in the end we had to buy extra data from our mobile provider. Overall I would stay again.
