Almost everything.
The only thing we would change is the lighting. The bulbs in all the light fixtures are really dim.

Location in the Great Smoky Mountains, in a valley with a few neighbors but lots of privacy. Every little thing we needed was provided, from cute labeled jars of cream and sugar for coffee to essential spices for cooking. All the switches were labeled. A detailed guest manual gave us all we needed to enjoy the property and the area. Great owners. This is our new favorite vacation house.
