Comfortably furnished and semi-detached villa is peacefully situated on a gentle hillside where the town meets nature, offering a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle with breathtaking sea and mountain views. 🌊⛰️ All windows and balcony doors are fitted with insect screens, allowing you to enjoy refreshing sea and mountain breezes. 🌿 The villa also offers private parking 🚗 and complimentary Wi-Fi accessible from every room, the garden and pool area. 📶

• Our villa has a private garden on three sides, with an adjoining neighbour’s villa on the fourth side.
• 2 terraces: in front, and back
• All terraces accessible by double glass doors
• Balconies for all bedrooms
• The swimming pool and the surrounding garden area are located at the front of your villa.
The Swimming Pool
Pool measures 10m × 5m with a depth ranging from 70 cm to 150 cm — suitable for both swimmers and non-swimmers.
• You share the swimming pool with two villas. You can see a satellite image of the villas and the pool in the photo in the listing. In the listing's photo, your villa is marked with number 1, the villa next to yours is marked with number 2, and the villa across from the pool is marked with number 3.
The owner of villa number 2, a woman in her 60s, lives alone. Villa number 3 is rented out to guests by me.
• However, you are very likely to enjoy the pool as if it were your own private oasis for most of the day. We do not permit visitor gatherings, and with four beautiful sandy beaches just 5–10 minutes away by car, guests in the other two villas often choose to spend their days by the sea.
Garden
Depending on the season, the garden offers roses, jasmine, herbs and trees such as thyme, lime and escadonia. It is a peaceful green space perfect for relaxing in nature.
Neighbourhood
Villa is in a peaceful dead-end road with very low traffic. The ridge where the villa is located is perfect for morning and evening walks due to its quiet surroundings, natural environment, and stunning views. The area is safe, with respectful neighbors and unobstructed views thanks to sloping land.
Distances by car:
• 5–7 minutes → Markets, restaurants, shops, sandy beaches
• 5 minutes → Prestige Chamada Hotel& Casino & SPA
• 7 minutes → Shayna Beach
• 7 minutes → Diana Beach (sandy beach, water sports)
• 10 minutes → Acapulco Hotel & Casino & Beach & Aqua Park
• 12 minutes → Elexus Cratos Hotel & Casino & SPA Beach & Aqua Park
• 15 minutes → Alagadi Turtle Beach (longest beach on the north coast)
Getting Around
• 30 minutes from Ercan Airport
• 60 minutes from Larnaca Airport

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULS
During your stay, a daily electricity allowance of 7 kWh per day is included in the price.
Any electricity consumption exceeding this daily allowance will be charged at €0.25 per kWh, based on the meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.
*Since all balcony doors and windows are fitted with mosquito nets, and there are 2 portable fans in the house, there is not much need for air conditioning to cool down. Therefore, the electricity consumption is not as high as one might think.
This policy helps ensure fairness for all guests and encourages responsible energy use.
Only guests registered on the VRBO system are allowed to enter the property. Visitors are not permitted. If a maximum of two guests are registered on the VRBO system, allowing a maximum of two visitors may be discussed.
