Price, location, the host was hospitable but also kept a respectful distance.

Double room was small.

Original house with a special vibe to it, easy check-in. Large room.

Check-in/out hours are a bit restrictive and not easy to modify. Bathroom far away from the bedroom, warm water wasn't set on at arrival, nor explained how to turn on.

It was nice and quiet we were able to talk to the gentleman if we wanton he gave me good advice as to where to go and things to do and also we had Netflix and over I found the Horton be very intriguing I would definitely go back

Great location No breakfast Interesting flat

Please not, it is a shared flat, the owner and his family share the place too. All facilities are shared. We booked the room, not being aware that it is shared bathroom, or that the family lives on the premises too. When pointing it out to the owner the next morning, he said that he thought that shared toilet is the same as shared bathroom, and it does mention shared toilet. His ad is very misleading: in the top of the ad "Comfortable Amenities: The homestay features air-conditioning, a shared kitchen, and a lounge. Additional facilities include an outdoor fireplace, barbecue facilities, and free on-site parking". Nowhere does it shared bathroom, it does mention shared kitchen. When you go to book a room, the triple room mentions "Shared Bathroom" the Double room does not. But most important, nowhere does it say that the family lives on the property. It is not very nice to walk into a bathroom and see other people private stuff in it.
