This luxurious villa has been designed to give total privacy, with fencing and curtain screening visibility is completely closed to the front of the property and pool areas, so making it a ideal choice for the more conservative guests.
On the ground floor is a open plan Lounge,kitchen dining area. The lounge has comfortable seating, coffee table, flat screen TV satellite system and wifi and direct access to the pool terrace, The modern kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs and has direct access to the outside dining area, Also on this level is the twin bedroom with 2 single beds, TV, wardrobe, vanity table, 1 armchair and coffee table, hair dryer, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace
The upper level has the large en-suite Master bedroom with 1 double round bed a music player with usb and telephone connection, steel safe, reading lamp, wardrobe, vanity table, 2 armchairs and coffee table, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning and access to the balcony with panoramic mountain and partial sea views, also included in the bedroom is a TV, treadmill, and large jacuzzi. (Jacuzzi size 2m x 1.60m) This level also has a separate cinema room for some chill out time
Outside is a spacious terrace with shaded dining area and stone built BBQ, sun loungers, double swing and table tennis

Kalkan town center is about 10 km (15 minutes by car) and Islamlar is about 4 km from the village square. Grocery shops and restaurants in İslamlar village will bring takeaway to the door. For the region, vehicles are required. The last 1.5 km road to our villa is a gravel road
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 4000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
