The property was very close the everything, the pools, the beaches, shopping. It was very clean and very well stocked with all the items needed. There is TV's in every room including the kitchen (we had no need to use that one).
the only thing was the seating arrangements outdoors were all in the sun. There was very little shaded areas to sit so we moved some of the chairs into the shade.

The airflow of the A/C system needs to improve a lot in the bedrooms. Also too much noise from the vents when A/C is on. The furniture is too old.

Everything, so much to do! Ocean Pines is an amazing little resort close to ocean city and away from the crowds! Loved the pools and the home had everything we needed and even things we did know we needed! It was an amazing family vacation and we sure will be back!!!
Loved it all, house was just like home and the location was great and the facility was awesome too!

The place was clean and cozy...the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans...of all sizes...great size yard and patio... the owner was great when i thought there was a problem he contacted me to fix it asap...would definitely stay again
