This was our annual Daddy/daughter get-a-way with my 38, 28 and 15 yo daughters.
The place was spacious and cozy.
The outside seating areas, yes plural! Everyone had their own space. Our first day was just relaxing and cooking dinner
Fire pit, out door fireplace, grilling station and just a place to chill were available if you wanted to just hang out
The two Weber grills, one charcoal and the gas grill were pleasant surprises..
Plenty of deep pots and pans to accommodate crabbing or clamming which did both of!
The drive to OC was a very short drive the market is less than 19 minutes away if you needed anything
AC was just right. Wifi available.
Would definitely stay there again

This location is everything you see and more !! Very clean , beautiful and accommodating! Who ever owns this property takes great pride in their home and it was a privilege to stay there. The location is perfect. 15mins to ocean city and countless stores and restaurants for your convenience. You should also venture through the resort and check out the amenities! Staff was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely book a stay here again in the future. Also fun fact .. you don’t need anything ! All is provided. So generous of the property owner.

The house is perfect for being close to everything but far enough away to forget the hustle and bustle of being in ocean city. The home is stocked with everything you should need. Just bring some clothes, beach chairs and your toothbrush! Everyone we dealt with was wondering from checking in, to adding another day to our stay. Enjoyed using the grill and one of the outdoor area fireplaces. The yard is beautiful and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourself. If you are looking for a turn key rental this is your place! No need to bring your house to stay in another unlike some others available, which was nice.
