Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. This home is not available for high school/college “Beach Week”. Stay was very enjoyable! House was great! Very cozy, very clean, and extremely organized. House had whatever you needed or forgot to bring. Neighbors were friendly and offered help if need be. Quiet and calm neighborhood, but close to OC and the beach. Families with small children: front door is set up so you can’t lock yourself out, but easy to open from the inside, so be careful of that! Screened in porch was great for evenings outside and for eating crabs! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Very well appointed home. We loved the loft space and the high ceilings. Had everything we needed. A little dated but that didn’t bother us one bit. We’re happy we chose this one!
