Overall, this unit was perfectly located with 10 mins of downtown Branson. It was beautiful decorated and the property

Very spacious and nicely decorated.

We had a few hiccups when we arrived. However, the property manager tried to rectify the issues immediately. The A/C struggled to keep the unit cold like we like it ( bring a box fan to help circulate the cold air). The patio view was obstructed with over growth. (The over growth seemed to be on the neighboring property, so not the owners fault). Lastly, I didn’t like that some properties were residential. We were on vacation, but I had to constantly remind my family, not walked to hard, don’t talk to loud, lower the tv, don’t laugh to loud while playing cards etc…

It was good place to stay for the money.

The condo was very nice. Management was very responsive.

The arcade/theater is not near this condo-you have to drive to it. You only have access to 1 pool. we vacation a lot, and never ever have had a noise complaint, which we did here-our family of 6 laughing playing board games at night. I know my family and they WERE not overly loud and definitely were not running around. So it kind of put a damper on things as basically we had to whisper and felt like we couldn’t move around etc. I’m not sure what they do when babies/toddlers are involved running around/screaming/crying.

It was the perfect stay for our family trip!

My family and I loved everything about staying here. The whole property was nice, clean and quiet.

It would have been convenient if there were grills a little bit closer to our condo, we had to walk so far carrying everything.
