Very large and clean and very easy check in process. Nice location.
The lack of towels and there wasn’t a hospitality basket of any type like with instant coffee, water, snacks, etc. Also, because of residents below we were told to be very quiet after 10pm when it’s quiet time. Made it a bit difficult to enjoy company for a game night, a late dinner or enjoy the screen in porch into the evening. We also couldn’t make noise on the floor so we were very cautious of walking loudly.

We had to call twice to get a code to get in our property, even though we texted and emailed prior to arrival for rhe info we never got an email with the code, it kept daying you will receive an email with information which we never did.

Comfortable.
The entry front door and porch were covered with spiderwebs and very dirty.
The inside was clean but the balcony and entry were so sons bad. The maids should be keeping that clean as well as the living space.

Ease of access, amenities, and it was probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. All the labels on the drawers and cabinets were a nice touch.
I really can't think of anything other than a couple of the vertical blinds that cover the balcony door/windows fell off right when we first opened them, which had us worried we would be charged for them (we weren't), but other than that, I can't think of anything else that wasn't exceptional.
