located in San Lorenzo neighborhood the apartment is somewhat removed from the main attractions and therefore the tourist crowds. It is not a problem, since the bus/tram stop is right in front of the entrance gate, you can easily and conveniently move around the city. Overall we liked our stay in the apartment: it was quite spacious, clean, had the amenities (toiletries, hairdryer, iron and ironing board) and a kitchen with pretty much everything you need. - it would be nice to have slippers provided by the property, since the floors are quite cold - teabags and coffee pod rations were not enough for 2 people for 4 nights + recycling bins! + no daily housekeeping - we were supposed to get a passcode to enter the room and the property a couple of days before the trip, however, it did not happen. This resulted in quite an inconvenience when i had to confirm my identity by entering credit card/guest passport information standing in the middle of the street at 8 p.m. This was very inconvenient and unnerving maybe this process could be somehow improved.

There is no service here except on the phone . Very difficult to move around. Neighborhood isn’t very pleasant to walk around. The room is nice but not for the average tourist . You have to boil water in the microwave or stove . No toaster . No front desk , no left luggage . To store your luggage you have to store it around termini , 12 euros by taxi , not including storage fees.

If you are a tourist donot stay here. I am not normally negative about a place , but these guys are not at all service minded and it irks me. As I knew I would be arriving early in Rome , I contacted them to ask if my luggage could be stored at the property . Instead of giving me proper info I was led to believe that it was possible. Upon arrival at the property , they denied via telephone ( no reception) that this was possible . They informed me that as a “special case” I could store my luggage in the garage but they waive all responsibility for it or I can store at a paid storage facility (they gave me an app to locate it ) . The storage facility turned out to be near the termini which is 1.4 km away and not of walking distance. After much haranguing 30-40 mins conversation , they agreed to refund me for the taxi to and fro. However , this does not compensate for the stress I was put through on arrival or the time wasted as I had just arrived from the termini . For the room , it is spacious and comes with a full kitchen with no kettle or a toaster . So , if you want to make yourself breakfast it is almost impossible. The place is 10 minutes from the termini located in a rundown industrial neighbourhood with no cafes nearby if you want to do the Italian breakfast. there is only one bus that leads directly to the termini on a half hr schedule . On our way back we missed it several times and had to take a taxi back on most days . Because of the distance , we nearly missed most of our tours , so it is not a convenient place for tourists. There ofcourse is the option to walk (25 mins to termin )but part of the stretch passes through a street with a lot of homeless. Furthermore, unlike most places ( even in Rome ) of this price category they don’t offer cleaning during your stay . We were there for 4 nites . If you want cleaning during your stay you have to pay extra.

Nice stay in a cool area, close to the train station. A little far from the centre. Room was very nice, with a comfortable bed. The check in is a little confusing but once you get in it is easy to get in and out.
