The beach is 950 metres away and can therefore be reached on foot, but those who wish to go there by car can do so because there is free parking 200 metres from the First Beach of Porto Istana.

Possibility of increasing the maximum occupancy of the flat to four persons, in case the fourth person is a child.
Given its location, the flat is also suitable as a starting point for viewing the entire east coast of Sardinia from the Costa Smeralda to San Teodoro / Budoni.
