Large, pleasant and very bright apartment, ideal for families, in the center of Barcelona.
The building has a large shared terrace where you can relax and disconnect after your city tours, with magnificent views of the Ciutadella Park and Barcelona.
The apartment with capacity up to 10 people has 4 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms and a separate kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, heating, high speed WIFI internet and TV. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, gas hob, oven and microwave. Towels, bed liners and hair dryer are included.
The building has a shared terrace overlooking Ciutadella Park and the city, elevator and washing machines and clothes dryer.

Absolutely loved staying at this property. Great location and value. It was less than a mile to the beach and under a mile to many cool areas with great restaurants and shops. Xavi, Luna and Carla had outstanding communication.What we loved the most was having our transportation for the eight of us arranged at the airport so we had no worries at all getting to the property. They even arranged transportation back to the airport. It was only 70 Euros each way and having a van to transport eight of us with a lot of luggage was a huge bonus.Apartment was clean and perfect for all of us.I asked about beach towels and Xavi brought us not only beach towels, but two large beach blankets. Xavi also spent 30 minutes with us showing the apartment, and then going to the roof top terrace and showing us a map of Barcelona and all the spots we should visit. We highly recommend renting from Xavi & Luna!!!!

We had a great time, and the apartment was perfect for a family with 5 teenagers. Great location in Barcelona. 15 minutes walk from the beach and to the lovely El Born. Great introduction to the apartment by Carla

This place is just great. Its clean, has a lot of room, and the roof terrace is fantastic. Although placed in the city center, its very peaceful and quiet at night. The communication with the hosts vas quick and smooth, and very healpful.
