Steps to Siesta Key white sandy beach!

The rental was in a great location next to the beach and across the street from some restaurants and shops. The place was clean and well stocked with necessary items. The air conditioning worked but it didn't get as cool as we would have liked. The coffeemaker gave us a bit of challenge and seemed pretty old.One of the things that really bothered me is that there were painters painting/sanding the railings on the condominium adjacent to ours. They made a lot of noise and prevented us from opening the blinds for light during the day. I think it would have been appropriate to have let us know this before we leased the place and/or given us a reduced the rate due to this inconvenience. Thank you,Terry Madden

This condo was a great place to stay, situated between the beach and the main street. It was very convenient to walk everywhere. Very close to the free trolley stop as well. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. We had a few general maintenance issues that were quickly handled by the front desk and maintenance. Minor issues as in replacing batteries or light bulbs. We had a wonderful view of the beach and water from our covered balcony and I would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved being steps away from the beach. We also really appreciated that the owner provided an umbrella, beach toys, and beach chairs (the ones at the property go fast) - saved us having to rent those things. Great location, great unit, and office is super responsive.
