Cuisine restreinte à se faire un café ou un thé le matin..
impossible de manger une pizza à emporter le soir ni dans la cuisine ni dans l'appartement c'est interdit ! j'ai bu une bière ça je dans ma chambre .. je suis un fou ! ... les cameras veillent 24h/24h .. mwuais ..
Sinon... Réveillé pendant 1 heure par un couple qui voulait rentrait dans l'appart entre 5h30 et 6h30.
Je n'ai pas eu le fin mot de l'histoire ... le propriétaire a dit que ce n'était pas de sa faute . et peut être une erreur ... mwuais très bizarre.. l'autre couple était déjà parti ..
ah oui .. vous payerai 20 cents par utilisation de l'ascenseur .... 🤪🤪🤪

Zentrum liegt, viele Parkplätze blaue Zone zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Besitzer ist so freundlich. Alles sauber. Einfach mega zufrieden

Disponibilità del proprietario veramente ottima, sempre presente anche per rimediare a qualche piccolo inconveniente. Molto vicina alla stazione transvesuviana, in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, poco fuori dalle vie principali del centro. La camera è molto spaziosa, rinnovata e dotata di climatizzatore e frigobar, entrambi molto comodi e perfettamentefunzionanti.
Il bagno (privato, ma esterno alla camera) non era riscaldato ed essendo inverno un po' sconveniente. Nella sala comune non è presente la cucina per cui non c'è possibilità di usufruire o preparare la colazione (è presente un bollitore per bevande calde e moka elettrica per prepararsi il caffe').
Camere al terzo piano con ascensore a pagamento.
Lontananza dal porto un pochino impegnativa se ci si muove solo a piedi.

A lokáció, de az is csak a vasút közelsége miatt. Reggeli nem volt, a környék szegényes, általános elhanyagoltság látszik minden környező épületen.
A lakás tisztasága rendben volt.
Minden a szükséges leges legminimálisabb, konyhában minden elzárva, három mini apartmanhoz három db kistányér az "étkezőben", szemetes nincs, csak a szobában egy papírkosár méretű, a zuhany alig használhatóan kicsi alapterületű, a vécére csak oldalt lehet ráülni a szemben lévő fal közelsége miatt, az ott tartózkodás alatt folyamatos kontroll érezhető, a közös helyiségekben minden irányban kamerák vannak elhelyeze. Egy véletlenül ottfelejtett mini petpalack miatt azonnali dörgedelmes üzenet vár visszaérkezéskor. A ház hangszigetelése nagyon gyenge, a környező lakásokból folyamatos "olaszos"ordibálást hallani.
A liftben 1,5 felnőtt fér el, egy út 20 Eurocentbe kerül. Kabaré....
