Being right across the street from the ruins was really convenient. The staff was helpful and mostly spoke at least some English. When I arrived in the morning, I was able to leave my luggage and go out to the ruins until my room was ready in the afternoon. I had a little terrace surrounded by potted plants, which I enjoyed.
The walls between the guest rooms are thin, so I heard my neighbors and the sound of the entry door unlocking.

This is an outstanding property at the gates of Herculaneum. Everything about the B&B is perfect including a hotel reception and breakfast room. The staff are extremely kind and helpful with excellent advice for travel in the area including trips to the Iske of Capri.
The rooms are lovely, comfortable and include a patio area to enjoy the sun.
Each has a nice en-suite bathroom and staff top up toiletries daily.
This was a superb 3 day stay.

Excellent location…. Opposite the Herculaneum entrance and close to the railway to Pompeii and Naples.

Location was good, very near the Herculaneum.
