Wasn't aware of 3 story's a lot of stairs as pensioners itvwas hard work this was not mentioned also the water works need to be sorted as the water took half hourbto drain away from the sink.

The house was ok but parking was a big issue each day trying to find somewhere close by.

I tried to contact stay pembroke on the day we arrived but had to use an emergency number to get help. i then rang again on the Monday as the property was very cold and had no wifi. the heating issue was resolved remotely but no one got back to us during our stay to resolve the wifi issue so we had nothing the whole time we stayed in the property. This made life quite difficult as we then had to go out and find somewhere with wifi and of course couldn't use any of our devices or contact anyone whilst in the house. The house was ok very convenient for Tenby but needs a bit of TLC in places such as removing dirty sticky marks from bedroom window frames. Also a safety issue is that it needs a second hand rail for the stairs as the first one ends half way up so makes it a bit unsafe when going up and down.

Disappointing and uncomfortable, expected a lot more at nearly £200 per night.

Good location very close to town centre and 10 min walk to beach

The whole place needs updating unfortunately, cobwebs in many places that have obviously been there for a while. Smoke alarm in kitchen hanging down open activates as soon as you use the toaster, even though there is no smoke. 2nd bedroom is in attic, no door and no wardrobe, just a temporary clothes hanger unit. Springs coming through bed and poor quality carpet and quilt cover both stained. Hopefully the owners take the review in the right way to make some improvements for future guests..

Location and has good amenities. Bathroom is good and shower is nice

The property could benefit from a little makeover, the sofa is very uncomfortable we were a family of 4 and the chair in the corner with footstool is also uncomfortable. The master bed is very small and uncomfortable. Lounge also could benefit from another lamp and needs lightening.

Really enjoyed the stay. Property was a good size with a good outdoor terrace. Clean and in a great location.

No door to upstairs bedroom. Not enough that tumbler’s or wine glasses for 4 people. People had size and types of glasses. No mirror in first floor bedroom and a better mirror would be nice above the bathroom room sink to shave with etc.

Good location but noisy due to backing onto Sainsbury’s and noisy 5am deliveries

The location was good and the beach was a town centre was a walkable distance.

Unfortunately the cottage backs onto Sainsbury’s and the deliveries at 5am woke us up. Also in the attic room there needs to be a curtain on the small side window as that also wakes you up in the early mornings when it gets light. Also I think because the property is old you could smell it was damp and there where slugs that came under the kitchen door at night .

Phone line call handler at booking.com was not helpful. We wanted to add 1 more night but booking.com online could only offer 2 more as minimum. Didn't manage to add extra night even though available date.

Comfortable place to stay in the heart of all the amenities .

Instructions were email to us and it was very clear and easy to find and use the keysafe. Loved the location of the property and the closed garden for our dog, The beds were comforable

The kitchen was very small with no space to keep food as we ate in most of the time. Although there is nothing that can be done able this but the early morning Sainsburys delivery at the rear of the property was very lound.

Not that we were in the cottage much had a lovely 3 night stay .

it was very clean , spacious and comfortable. Had all utensils in the kitchen . Shower nice & powerful. Comfortable bed .

The sofa could do with replacing as a bit worn , leather cushions a bit squashed . I also think that checking in could be earlier ( 2 o’clock ) and checking out later ( 12 o’clock ) , I do appreciate it has to be cleaned but could be done quicker .

Location is great and very convenient for car parking, supermarkets and the beach etc .

Looked better in the photos as it felt a little uncared for i.e could have done with a lick of paint as some walls were marked and signs of past damp . Blinds were broken . .Facilties were basic . It was also cold as the heating went off early .

The cottage was exactly as the photos depicted, the bed was comfortable and the location was ideal. we did manage to get parking outside on the street for most of our stay which was definitely a bonus.

We found the property a little cold and the resting temperature of the thermostat was too low. A couple of pointers… a proper grill pan and rack would be ideal as would blinds in the kitchen. I was surprised at the mismatched towels one of which was stained. The bathroom blind was broken and the bath tap fell off twice although was easily reattached.

Fabulous little place . Homely and relaxing.

Very cosy little house ,excellent for our dog ,as he was able to come in and out ,from back yard as wanted and couldn't get out anywhere. Was perfect for what we wanted .

The kitchen, did not have a cupbard ,to put your food in. Had to store everything on the larg window sill . You would not be able to do that in the summer . The light fitting in the bathroom was missed, As had cobwebs and lots of dust on it . . The house in general was clean . We realy enjoyed . Cupbard , did dug me . As would of liked to put my food items away instead of all left out . But was still a lovely little place . Thank you .

Very good

Really nice cottage in a good location. Everything you need is there. The huge bath was amazing! That's something that enticed us to this place. Host was really helpful, she called before we got there to make sure we had the code to get the key out of the lock box.

Central heating didn't seem to work in the twin bedroom, didn't complain because we weren't using that bedroom anyway. One of the windows on the landing wouldn't close because the handle was broken but again didn't complain because it wasn't too much of a big deal. Just a little bit of a cold draft. There is also a tiny window in the bedroom that didn't have a blind or curtain on it. I doubt anyone would have been able to see in but would have felt more private with a blind or curtain.

It was OK. could of been great. needs updating and fixing up for the price.

The location was great for Tenby although it’s a street where half or more are air bnb or similar so noise some nights and the sainsburys delivery yard was right out the back too so a bit of noise in the mornings.

lock just the Yale one. a second lock was on the door but key not supplied (or just an additional bolt inside or something). all not been looked after in a while. it was clean but the blinds are half broken and just wasn’t very comfy in the lounge. the garden/terrace had cracked/ready to break decking and the furniture out there was ok but not something I could lounge around on for the day (have dogs so the plan wasn’t to be out all day and to spend some time at the property but it wasn’t comfortable). also the steps up to it are a bit of a danger for jumpy/lively pets (one of ours nearly threw himself off trying to jump at the noises from next door) so would suit slightly older kids maybe or definitely requires supervising them. it’s a shame as a great location. we left early in the end as decided would be more comfortable somewhere else, maybe an “us” problem, just a shame there was no refund option but again maybe that’s just what I selected?! I emailed to let them know we were going early, they never asked why but the service from them was perfect other than that. also there were strict recycling rules but the guide book was so well tucked away we didn’t find it until we hunted for it on day two and even then the coloured bags and recycling leaflet it advised us to look for we’re nowhere to be found. oh and no games anywhere (was listed as a number of books, DVDs and games available, all there but not one single game).

WiFi is very poor which with children and young adults isn't helpful. We have stayed in other properties in the same road where the WiFi and internet speeds are much much better so can only assume it's the package the host has selected
