Location. Screened porch. Air worked.

No dishwasher. No garbage disposal. No recycle. For four day stay, only left one extra trash bag. Had to buy some. Curtains didn't close properly leaving gaps...questionable privacy. In main bath shower, hot was cold and cold was hot. Bed in main bedroom was too tall and couldn't sleep in it. Came above our waist. No extra linens for couch pull out beds. Had to take linens off main bedroom bed to sleep on couch.

The house is beautifully modernized, maintaining the lovely aspects of this historical house. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but very close to the town's center.

For this price there needs to be a dishwasher and laundry facilities. Also a tablet was left behind and after spending $25 to have someone go in search it was "not found". Someone lifted it which left a very bad taste.

I liked most everything about the place... the plumbing in the big shower isn’t right, but not a big deal I guess.

The huge rat that lives in the couch is not cool at all.
