concierge had phone on "silent" allegedly, so took some time to track down to get door code
the taps in both bathrooms and kitchen were dripping and couldn't stop it, annoying, plus the toile in the main bathroom is leaking, must have massive water bills

Apartment very clean and fully equipped with kitchen facilities. Cozy and very homey. Will definitely come back and would recommend for couple with children as its spacious for kids. Location excellent as shops and Westfield paramatta around the corner walking distance.

I asked the height of the parking 4 months in advance it did not know till the day that my car would fit ok. Communication prior to the date needs to improve, just a simple message or call would have saved me hours.

How close the property was to Westfield parramatta eateries and commbank stadium
