The view and location
The method of picking up keys and that it was for 4 guests but only 2 beds were available, so son had to sleep in couch

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Location is very convenient and easy to access with nearby public transport and supermarket.
The parking spot provided is very narrow, not suitable to mid size SUV. Did struggled to fit in my car with spending 15 minutes to park, avoiding the hits and scratches.

Delayed flight arrived 2hrs late, needed to check in before 6.30pm as keys needed to be collected from store around the corner. Called phone number and was told they will need to check with cleaner for spare key to let us in. This was 8.30pm. They called back and said no one can let us in and I should have read instructions smh. I argued there is no spare key just cleaners have key? I was told we will need to find accommodation for tonight as they cannot help. We spent extra 400 on accommodation else where. Not happy with service.
