The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

There was a mouse in one of the bedrooms, the TV didn't work on the main room for two days. We stay every year at places and this is the first place their wasn't enough silverware, some of the dishes were dirty in the cabinet, two pans still had greace.on them, there were no board games and the mouse in the guest bedroom was concerning. The balcony was nice, the fireplace worked and location was great.

My husband and I had a great stay here. The accomodations were great. Thre was plenty of space for us and my brother and his wife. We had no complaints.

Love this location and have stayed in this building before.This time, the check-in process was a nightmare. We were given a 10-digit code for the room door, NOT the 4-digit lockbox, which is what we needed first to get the keycard for the building door. We called in and were given the codes; first lockbox was empty, 2nd lockbox had a card - both had different codes - neither of which we were given originally.Some of the units are dated, and this is one of them. One brand-new couch was lovely; the other two were VERY worn. The carpet seems original to the unit, it was very worn, dirty, and stretched. I did not want to set anything on it. A smoke detector was MIA in the 2nd bedroom, and no remotes had batteries that worked. These issues did not ruin our trip - we wouldn't let that happen. It's a shame for such a great condo/location to be overlooked with little things that could be fixed to make it AWESOME.
