About this apartment rental
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 6 with a king bed and a double-sized bunk bed. It features a private patio with views of the shared pool and hot tub. Updated kitchen. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.
The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and a cozy sectional. Just off the living area is the private patio. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy views of the courtyard with the shared pool and hot tub. Perfect for keeping watch to see when the hot tub is empty before you head out.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four and there is one additional chair. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The primary suite features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a double-sized bunk bed and a flat screen TV.
*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $4 a day from May 1st-November 30th and $8 a day for parking starting December 1st through April 30th*
Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.
(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Cannot beat the convenience of walking to the gondola! It was great to have 2 bathrooms with 4 people staying there and we had everything we needed to cook our meals in the comfort of the rental. It was great for the kids to have the pool/hot tub right outside the room. Only complaint is the master bed was not comfortable.

Condo is in great condition. Sheets are ultra soft, mattresses are comfortable. Kitchen is VERY well equipped. Credit Card operated laundry is close by down the hallway. Pool area is right outside your backdoor! Check out the arrow above the couch in the photo slideshow. Those are the complete directions for reaching the spa/pool. Pool / Spa was very strong on the chemicals. I've had dried out skin and irritation for over a week since our visit as a result. One other person in our group had significant complications as well.TV DVR is so old it takes forever to change channels or bring up menus. Its time for an upgrade. There is a kitchen style step ladder to reach the top queen bunkbed. Its inadequate for children and adults for reaching the top bunk safely. A rope ladder or anything that attaches to the bed would be better.
