From the property, the nearby village of Babbacombe and the more secluded Oddicombe beach is just 2½ miles away with attractions such as the infamous Babbacombe Model Village and The Babbacombe Theatre where many shows are held, not to mention a vast stretch of pubs and restaurants overlooking the beautiful cliff top location.
The market town of Newton Abbot is only a 10-minute drive away and from here you may also choose to explore the historic market town of Totnes or venture a little further to the ancient city of Exeter. Beach 2½ miles. Shop and pub ½ mile, restaurant 1 mile.
