Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig am Rand der Altstadt im 11. Stock und es gibt vom grossen Balkon einen tollen Rundblick auch aufs Meer. Bahnhof, Läden, Restaurants und Strand sind in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der grosse Pool in der Anlage kann mitbenutzt werden und war meist leer. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und Hauptschlafzimmer funktioniert sehr gut.
Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden. Insbesondere das Badezimmer entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Das zweite kleine Schlafzimmer (nur für 1 Person) hat keine Klimaanlage.
