Appartement très bien situé par rapport au centre ville en 5 min à pied, à 10 min de la plage, confortable agréable, très bien équipé. Hôte très sympathique et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé 15 jours agréables. Et bonus. Rue facilement accessible en voiture avec facilité de rester à proximité de l’immeuble pour le chargement déchargement des bagages.
Pas forcément lié au logement, mais des travaux dans le voisinage était parfois perturbant au matin vers les 8h30 ou 9h. Ou entre 13 et 14h. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de faire des sieste les après midi. Le balcon trop petit qui ne permet pas de mettre la tour sèche linge. Du coup il restait dans l’appartement ce qui n’a pas été gênant finalement.

The property was cozy and well equipped. The furnishings comfortable and perfectly adequate. The kitchen was very well stocked and all utensils were available.
The owner could have mentioned that the bedroom had a window that faced a public walkway, so it was impossible to have it open at all. The thing that was the most troublesome was the almost constant noise coming from the neighbors, very high volume music blasting at all hours. Also the walls were incredibly thin, so you could hear everything from the neighbor's apartment. There was actually two nights that it was almost impossible to sleep. For this reason I would find it difficult to recommend this property.
