Appartement bien situé, à 10min du métro. Fidèle aux photos. Accès facile et indépendant grâce à la boite à clés.

Porte d'entrée qui ferme difficilement, propreté qui pourrait être améliorée.

Messaging with the staff was easy and efficient, they replied really fast. The check in process was easy. The location was great.

Es acogedor

Cute small apartment in the beautiful Alfama district. The street was very peaceful, but also lively because of the nice bars. The supermarket and public transport was close to the apartment.

- Damp and bad smelling air in the apartment. We tried to air it out for several hours each day but that did not work. Clothes and towels got damp. Probably also the reason why there is mold in the apartment. - Towels included means only for 1 night. This means 1 small and 1 big towel per person. - The shower doesn't have a door which means the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower. - Cockroach visit in the middle of the night. Apparently it's more normal over there because of the climate, but as we're not used to that we got a bit freaked out. - Multiple things were already broken when we got there. A chair, window blinds and kitchen things. - Air fan did not work. Could be us but we didn't get it to start. Would advise not to stay longer than a few days, because it does get uncomfortable.
