House was clean, comfortable and cozy! Close to the beach but not a beach front like I thought.
A lot of stairs and not a good selection of food places/ restaurants close to location

proximity to the beach
It is a bit of a walk to the beach entrance where the tide isn’t too high. needed a parking permit by day two to haul all our stuff down. would suggest getting a parking permit or renting a golf cart.
