Welcome to The Views, a breathtakingly spacious and newly built property designed to accommodate large groups with ultimate comfort and style. Located just minutes away from the beach, The Views offers the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. The rooms at The Views offer panoramic vistas, ensuring each guest wakes to natural beauty. The house boasts a modern and tasteful design, with spacious living areas, comfortable bedrooms, and state-of-the-art amenities that cater to every need!
The Space:
The beautiful 5BR 4BA will comfortably fit your large family or group, up to 21 guests. The new home was completed in 2024. The property boasts two large decks for entertaining, grilling out and relaxation. Retreat to either deck to watch the sunrise or enjoy yourself during golden hour, there is ample seating on both decks and tables for dining outdoors. There is a large entertaining space downstairs equipped with a fire pit and seating, as well as ample parking. This property spans the entire block with a driveway in both the front and back of the property. There are two showers with hot water downstairs to accommodate your large group. There is a Master Suite with a King Bed, 3 Queen Beds, a Twin over Full Bunk Bed, a Full over Full Bunk Bed with a Twin Trundle Bed, and two Futons for ample sleeping space. This 3,000 SF home is great for a large family or group looking for ample space to spread out and have privacy while on vacation. This new property is a showstopper, book your stay today!
BEACH: There is a pedestrian beach located a 3-minute walk away. You can enter the beach at Texas Street or Thunder Road.
FISHING: Bring your fishing gear to try a new skill of surf fishing! The jetties are also a quick 5-minute walk from this property.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire space to themselves.
Other Things to Note:
- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster, you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free, but we will not issue full refunds.
- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.
- There is a grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. The grill is a propane grill and propane is provided for your convenience.
-There are two large outdoor showers for your convenience.
-There is a large entertaining space downstairs, including a fire pit and outdoor furniture to enjoy being around the fire! Please note firewood is not included.
-There is ample parking space downstairs. No need to park on the street.
-The pedestrian beach is a 3-minute walk. This home is located on a street parallel to Beach Drive for reference.
-This property is near great fishing spots, the jetties, restaurants, and stores for your convenience!
-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional $50 upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Note that we do not allow Early Check In/Late Check out in the summer season.

Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the checkout time will be charged the additional fee.
-Pet Policy Pet Fee: $115 for up to 2 dogs
Additional Dogs: $75 per dog
Maximum number of dogs may apply and must be approved before arrival

We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell or yellow tint. We have provided a whole house filtration system and an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking. The water quality is safe, but we recommend bringing drinking water and ice.

I can truly say the house was everything or more what the house details gave. I’ll most definitely rent this house again. My family and I do a beach house every year for Mother’s Day, making family tradition memories. Thanks to the host

This property is beautiful! I felt bad giving 4 stars and I feel that these items will be corrected for the future. When you pull in to park there is a bit of a mess with all the sand and beach toys. This wasn't an issue it was just an observation. We read on the property description that there was a grill and propane so we had bought all the items to grill burgers and franks but when we double checked the grill it was pretty gross. The grill had not been cleaned from the previous user and it had grown mold along with the grill tools left in it. We had to cook burgers in a skillet inside two at a time, not great. The other item is that it is not steps to a beach, it is steps to the water but there is not a sand beach to actually hang out on, more like a rock wall. We ended up renting a golf cart so we could get to and from the beach, which I recommend anyway because that was fun riding all around town on the cart. Last thing would be the outdoor showers did not work, I had a bunch of teenagers rinsing in the water hose. The inside was very clean, which is the most important part!
