Escape your routine life at Seascape, a beautiful oceanfront beach house with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the ships sail thru the canal and dolphin go by from the deck.
Spacious house that can sleep 12 people. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, cook top oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee pot, crock pot, blender, dishes, utensils, and a variety of pots and pans.
House is equipped with high speed xfinity internet with WIFI, washer and dryer for you to use.
There are beach access areas just one block to the right or couple of blocks to the left. You can visit Surfside's Jetty Park (only 3 blocks away) where you can bird watch, fish, or see the ships entering or exiting the deep-water seaport in Freeport.
Pets are considered providing additional pet fee is charged for each and every pet that you may bring to the house whether they are inside the house or outside the house. Enhance your beach stay with our convenient golf cart rentals for guests!”

All I have to say, is that if you want a great n wonderful beach house hit it Jay. The house was awesome with both front living room n master bedroom with an amazing ocean view, you can hear the waves with the door closed n right out front is an absolutely awesome deck with plenty of chairs to sit out and enjoy the breeze n the ocean view. Easy access to everything, plenty of room inside to sit as well. I rented this for my daughter 36th birthday, with some of her work friends her spouse n her aunt as well as myself. She enjoyed it immensely. All was easy even getting the golf cart it was there charged up n ready for our weekend. As for Jay, he answered all of our questions and responded immediately with an answer. We will for sure be doing thing again. I was amazed st how nice and accomidating the house was. The double coffee maker, the filtered water dispenser, everything that made our stay there VERY nice and good!

We enjoyed our winter stay. The beach, as always, did not disappoint - amazing sunrise and sets. Only concern was trying to get the thermostat to work properly for cold weather, we could not manage to get the house warm.
