It was warm, easy entering it, good value for money.
It was missing a sponge or anything to clean the kitchen. Warm water run out quickly.

The appartment needs renovation. It is far from the city center.
We didn;t have any information that the appartent is on 4th floor with NO elevator!!! The shutters didn't work so we woke up every day early in the morning. Αlso without curtains. The mattresses on the beds were not good.

Trotz bestätigter und bezahlter Buchung war die Unterkunft mangels Schlüssel nicht nutzbar!!!
Anreise nicht möglich! Leider konnten die Unterkunft nicht betreten! Wie kurz vor Ankunft mitgeteilt, war vor Ort kein Schlüssel hinterlegt. Wir haben am Abend mehrfach versucht, den Anbieter sowohl telefonisch als auch über den Booking-Chat zu erreichen. Eine Reaktion blieb aus, es wurde keine Lösung angeboten. In der Folge waren wir gezwungen, kurzfristig eine Ersatzunterkunft zu einem deutlich höheren Preis zu buchen, um überhaupt eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu haben. Vor diesem Hintergrund fühlen wir uns in unserer Vertrauensgrundlage massiv enttäuscht und in die Irre geführt. Wir werden daher anwaltlich prüfen lassen, wie das bereits gezahlte Entgelt vollständig zurückgefordert werden kann. Der Booking-Kundendienst konnte in dieser Situation weder unterstützen noch eine adäquate Alternative anbieten, was aus unserer Sicht den Eindruck mangelnder Kundenorientierung verstärkt.

Dreckige Betten … Lattenrost was seine beste Zeiten hinter sich hat und nachdem ich mich bei dem Host beschwert habe kam nur Igno und keine Antwort !!! Würde jedem davon abraten !!
