New luxury 2BR/2BA townhome in the beautiful Prominence community. 3 Bikes, 1 tricycle (adult). Beach essentials in the garage. Resort-style pool, BBQ grills, and gym. Easy walk to the Hub for restaurants, shops, shows, games, movie nights, concerts. Minutes to beaches w/free shuttle from Memorial to Labor Day holidays. All new furniture with comfortable beds, custom queen bunks in the second bedroom with twin trundle, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer, dryer. NO PETS PLEASE. OWNERS' CHILDREN HAVE ALLERGIES.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo! Bruce provides all the info you need, is very responsive and handled the few minor issues we had immediately (flat tire on bike and ice/water fridge dispenser not stopping). The condo is fully stocked, very clean, and in a great, very convenient location.
