This is a modern and well kept suite, steps from the beach and a large grocery store.
We very much recommend this unit to anyone who wants a nice place close to the beach.
The only extremely minor nitpicks we had was that it could use a few more hooks for hanging towels, and the lighting is on the bright/white side, if you're sensitive to that. But overall, an excellent rental.

The condo is a great location with beach access. It was clean and host was very accessible for questions and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very amazing stay. Everything needed was provided. The condo had an amazing view of the beach and surrounding area.
Daniel, the Concierge person was accommodating of us when we had a personal issue and we had to check out an hr late.
You will have no regret booking this condo.

The condo itself is beautiful. The feeling of having the rooftop pool to ourselves was amazing. The location is great and within walking distance of grocery stores (Walmart, Sam's club etc). Two out of the three security guards were lovely. The over night security guard was rude. He never acknowledged us or would respond when we’d greet him.
Communication with the concierge Daniella was severely lacking. When we arrived the code that was given to us to enter the condo was not working so I reached out to her via what’s app. I didn’t receive a response so then I called her. She answered gave me the new code but sounded put out by my call and immediately hung up without properly ending the call or verifying that the new code worked. My messages on what’s app remained unanswered.
At the front desk they ask for ID which they photocopy for their records. Even though we did this we were asked multiple times afterwards if we had already registered our ID (by the same security guard). Between the concierge and the security guards, they made us feel like our presence was a nuisance. What a shame because the condo and our stay outside of these incidences was amazing.
