The booking is just for the condo itself. The condo is located at the entrance of Sunscape Resort but guests are not allowed to use the resorts amenities. This includes no access to the beach through the resort.
However, Guests can purchase all-inclusive (amenities, food, beverage, etc.) day passes through the resort’s front desk.

The 16th floor BohoLux condo’s well thought-out design was recently remodeled and has plenty of space for 6 Guests. You will find a king bed in one room, a two twin bunk bed in second room and the sofa sectional turns into two individual beds in living room area.

-King Bed can be flipped for sleeping preference. One side is firm, other is soft. Space has a large smart TV with cable, privacy shutters, storage, Central air, ceiling fan and lush bedding for a soothing and relaxing experience.
Twin Bunk Bedroom
-Twin Beds can be flipped. One side is firm, other is soft. Space has a large smart TV with cable, Central air, office desk, ample storage, individual niche cubbies with night lights and electrical outlets.
Living Room
-Custom Sectional Sofa converts to two individual twin beds. A rattan egg chair easily swivels to enjoy view out patio. Automatic projector lift and screen is ideal for movie night. Features surround sound, Smart FireStick for you to login to your streaming services, and HDMI ports (play games, movies, etc).
Patio
-Glistening Bay meets Jungle Mountains meets a Bright Blue Sky. Drink your morning coffee while seated in custom made Acapulco Sillas chairs. Dine with 6 guests on the balcony with the extendable outdoor table while enjoying views of Banderas Bay! Watch the fireworks from the pirate ship, whales when they are in season, as well as the glorious nightly sunsets.

We stayed at the condo for 7 nights. The place had a great view, it was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The building is older and so is the apartment, the front door looked like it was barely attached to the frame and had a busted upper lock.We didn’t experience any problems and overall enjoyed our stay.

We just returned home from a week in PV. This was the perfect condo to get up every morning and watch the whales in the bay. It was the highlight of each day. Adam was a great host and very responsive.
