The 2-bedroom lake view apartment offers a spacious interior, comprising of a traditional-style lake view living room with double sofa bed, flat screen TV, a dining area and direct access to a full width private balcony. An adjoining retro-fitted kitchen will tempt guests to dine-in and feel at home, whilst two spacious double bedrooms and a retro-fitted family bathroom provide a carefree ambience for kicking back and enjoying a fun and functional self-catering stay.
Outside, the private lake view balcony is complemented by an alfresco dining set and BBQ to the shared lawn below.
The sunny shared lawn is also ideal for children to play on and for those looking to enjoy a spot of lake view escapism. A private parking space is conveniently provided. Due to the scenic hillside location of the property, it is essential to bring a car. Please note the road to reach the property is narrow (at 2.10 metres wide).

Overlooking Lake Garda, the scenic village places guests within 1 minutes’ walk from a local pizzeria and a host of local amenities. Situated along the famous ‘Strada della Forra’, (nicknamed the 8th wonder of the world, due to its unparalleled beauty), guests can enjoy exploring the scenic lake view road on foot, by bike, motorbike or horse, whilst those more daring, can experience the surrounding scenery with a paragliding flight or a canyoning tour. The gorge of Brasa Torrent provides some superb photography opportunities, whilst the nature reserve on the Bondo lakebed and the trails of nearby Val d’Egoi, with their special fauna and wildlife are a must for Nordic walkers and wildlife fans. The SKYClimber Adventure park is also just 6 minutes’ drive away. Tremosine is serviced by bus links and a local taxi service.
The pretty lake village of Limone sul Garda, with its’ lake lido, resort amenities and heritage attractions is 10 minutes’ drive away, whilst the year-round attractions and amenities of Riva del Garda are 23 minutes’ drive away. toller Blick auf den Gardasee, den man vom Balkon aus schon beim Frühstück genießen konnte.
Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider nur eine Badewanne und keine Dusche
Nicht beachtet, dass man WLAN separat buchen musste

Das Appartement ist super geschnitten für 4 Personen. Vom Balkon gibt es einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Bei einem starken Sturm kann es zu Wassereintritt über die Haustür und das Küchenfenster kommen. Ich muss aber dazu sagen, das es ein ziemlich starker Sturm war und nach einer guten Stunde war wieder alles vorbei war. Da wir den Wasser Einbruch mit den im Haus bereitgestellten Handtüchern eingedämmt hatten und diese dann nass waren, wurden auf Anfrage bei den Kontaktpersonen ohne Probleme am nächsten Tag neue Handtücher vorbeigebracht. Service war super und immer freundlich. Ein kleines Manko ist das Bad. Hier gibt es eine Badewanne aber leider ohne Duschvorhang und der Schlauch der Brause ist auch etwas kurz. Hier wäre eine bitte einen Duschvorhang und längeren Schlauch nachzurüsten damit man entspannt im Stehen duschen kann und nicht im knien, sitzend oder gebückt duschen muss.
Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Ein leckeres Restaurant direkt vorne an der Straße. Der Weg zum Appartement ist auf den letzten Metern etwas eng aber man schafft es unfallfrei.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung großem Balkon und voll eingerichtete Küche sowie Waschmaschine im Bad. Ideal, um entspannte Urlaubstage in einer absolut ruhigen Umgebung mit vielfältigen Aktionsmöglichkeiten zu verbringen. Jederzeit wieder!
