Nice Host;
Apartment on 3 floors;
Fully stocked kitchen & bathroom (plenty of dishes, utensils, appliances, towels, toilet paper, fire wood...);
Warm (main heat source is first floor wood stove with plenty of wood available...its more than adequate);
Private parking for multiple cars;
Baby friendly;
Nice view.
Located on top of steep hill (in case of snow you will need good winter tires and/or snow chains to reach the parking spot;
No facilities for storing and drying ski equipment (If there are more than few skiers in your group entrance corridor gets cramped quickly with all the shoes even if you leave the skis in the car. On the up side there is a heater in the corridor so your shoes will at least be dry in the morning);
No doors between floors(good for heating but bad for sound proofing;
No hand rails on steps;
Not pet friendly
