About this apartment rental
You live in a 2018/2019 completely renovated semi-detached house with garage and / or car parking space.
The apartment consists of a 25sqm living room, a modern fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and 2.5 bedrooms for up to 7 people. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, there is a new water bed and the bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and has 2 bar stools. The living room has a large 75 inch screen with satellite reception, Playstation 4, large mirror elements and a Hue light installation. The terrace was re-tiled in 2019 and equipped with comfortable garden armchairs. Furthermore, a (heated) pool can be used and loungers are available on a separate wooden terrace. The house is in a very quiet area on a street with no through traffic. It is less than 200m to the baker and 1km to the supermarket. The heated outdoor pool is about 400m away and the marina on the Elbe is a 4-minute walk away. You can take wonderful walks along the ditches and the Elbe and for cat lovers we have integrated a modern and dOorless cat litter box into the apartment.
The ground floor is barrier-free and an additional 2 people can stay in the living room. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. The garage and the property are under video surveillance for your security. Your landlord lives next door and can solve any problem immediately.
