We liked that it was nice and close to the beach and that it had a pool. It was mostly cleaned, they provided chairs, etc to sit on when on the beach. The water pressure was pretty good.
It was very dated and the appliances were old. There was a dead cockroach in the draw in the second bedroom. You couldn't watch anything on the TV in the second bedroom, there was no signal of any sort. The floors were still covered in beach sand when we arrived (once cleaned it should stay clean while the apartment is closed up with no doors or windows open). A bit annoying that after a long drive you still have to stand and make all the beds yourself, then when you leave you have to strip them all down.
