Our A Place at The Beach condos encompass a variety of options, including Oceanfront, Oceanview, and Second Row units, all professionally managed by Booe Realty. Each unit features 2 bedrooms and either 1.5 or 2 baths, offering spacious accommodations for your vacation. These well-appointed vacation rentals include comfortable living rooms, dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, and private balconies for your relaxation.
The complex presents a range of amenities for your enjoyment, from inviting swimming pools and sun decks to a convenient grilling area and direct beach access. Each building provides coin-operated washer and dryer facilities for your convenience.
Please note that A Place at The Beach has a no-pet and no-motorcycle policy on the premises. This property also maintains a strict no-smoking policy on the premises to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all guests.

My sister, my daughter and her friend went for a long weekend. I had to go in person to sign a contract. That was a little disappointing since we only have 2 days at the beach. Our air unit did not come below 77 till the following morning then I called. Service came out and bumped it up to 74. It did come down to 70 the morning we left! Other than that it was great!!

The condo was in a great location. Easy access to parking lot which made for loading and unloading groceries and luggage a breeze. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prep and cook meals. Booe Realty was very helpful and easy to work with.

Once we booked the property we go a call from the office telling us a bit about were we were staying. They emailed us tons of details and we were very prepared for our trip! We got there early. Went to checked in, but the room was not quite ready, not a big deal because we were early but not 45 minutes later we got a call it was ready for us to pick up the keys! Everyone in the office was very helpful!

Property was dated, never got below 79 degrees inside the property and the freezer thawed out our food we purchased. Staff was super friendly and they sent someone out immediately to take a look at the air but was told it was normal for it to be that temp
