When arriving at the property you will have plenty of parking in our dedicated parking lot, and will have (2) parking passes waiting on you upstairs for your vehicles. Taking the elevator up to the 3rd floor or the stairwell you will appreciate the ocean views and the breeze that blows in right off the Atlantic from our landing area of the condo.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, complete with Smart TVs and coastal-inspired decor. Each bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, towels and wash cloths are provided as well. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments as well.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.
