Breakfast,room , bed were perfect

The cleanliness around the outside could have been better.

Had to leave before breakfast; I grapped 2 milks and 2 bananas. I was happy.

All of the staff I encountered from checkin, to the breakfast person who cleared plates away (she was a good ambassador!), and the cleaning crews, were perfectly kind and helpful. I give the staff a 5/5.

My stay was during four nights. For a newish building with the Hilton name I was disappointed about a number of things: * the room air conditioning system was antiquated. Not silent, and very noisy. Lack of proper air circulation. * I felt the sheets had been slept in before (they were changed immediately without question. Thank you). * the included breakfast wasn’t what I expected. Perhaps because I don’t live in the US, it was all individually wrapped breads. Self serve pancakes and yogurt. Plastic utensils. However, the eggs and sausages were tasty, but plastic/paper plates took away the flavor. * the self service coffee offered all day was good but the large pots were often empty. The hot water for tea was often not hot. * I was surprised that pets were allowed in any room. I had imagined it would have been on certain floors only. I like pets. I would have preferred to know that a pet wasn’t occupying some of the rooms, for allergy reasons.
