Location and bed cleanliness.
Pillow felt very old. Baymont should get new pillows at least every 6 months. Around the corner of the shower (where you have to turn it to have water flowing) there’s black stuff. Which makes the hotel look like they haven’t properly cleaned the tub and the sink is stained. There’s a stain on the chair. Other than that, it’s fine for room. At checkout, I waited 20 minutes for someone to check me out. And that’s with the 4 attempted calls I tried to call and no one answered and I had to go find the housekeeper to call the front desk attendant. When he came around, it looked like he was sleeping.
