Beautiful, urban modern appartment centrally located in one of the most accessible neighborhoods in CDMX, near other iconic places in town such as Condesa and Roma neighborhoods, and the World Trade Center. The appartment is fully equipped with all you need to have a pleasant staying in the city; it is an ideal place for those families, couples or groups of friends looking for stylish comfort, cozy living spaces and a soothing atmosphere after a whole day of touring our city.
The appartment includes all the necessary amenities to make the most of your stay for a memorable vacation with your family, your couple or best friends. You will get full access to appliances, dishware, storing space, and kitchen utensils, giving you the chance to save some money by home cooking; 2 bedrooms include Full HD screens, and all of them have cozy balconies for those moments of urban relaxation after a long walk or sightseeing day. The building has a security guard, elevator and a parking space.
Mexico City’s Del Valle neighborhood is one of the nicest, most central areas in the city. It is near Insurgentes Avenue and known for street after residential street as well as for its many parks, wide, tree-lined streets, a few prestigious shopping malls and for Temple of Mary’s Purest Heart, the Mexicana Tower, the World Trade Centre and the Polyforum Siqueiros.This is one of the most beautiful and relaxed neighborhoods in the city, it is picturesque, centrally-located, safe and everything you need is close by. It's nearby a great number of corner stores, cafés, and markets. And if you feel like trying the bar/club scene at night on the weekend, the appartment is only a few Metrobus stops from Condesa and Roma Norte. One other thing most people like about the neighborhood is the diversity of restaurants around; a lot of Venezuelans have moved in, so there are a couple of good Venezuelan food joints. Same with Argentine, Colombian, Japanese and Uruguayan.
I will say that if you’re looking for party and nightlife options, del Valle may not be the place for you. By all accounts, this is a pretty relaxed barrio — there isn't a whole lot going on at night. But if you’re on a tighter budget and want to be reasonably close to Roma or Condesa, del Valle is right next door.
