+ Blízkost vlakového nádraží i moře. Velký prostorný byt. Velké skříně. Pračka + myčka. Vybavení kuchyně dostačující.
Největší mínus: rozkládací pohovka tak malá a úzká, že se tam dva 15 letí (štíhlí) kluci nevešli. Jeden syn spal celý týden na zemi. (po rozložení šířka cca 110 cm a podél jedné strany opěradlo - prý dostačující pro 2 dospělé, asi věc názoru). Manželská postel v ložnici také dost úzká a strašně rozvrzaná. Z fotek jsme měli jiný názor. Ostatní: TV nefungovalo, na terase pouze 2 obouchané staré plastové židle, celkově terasa dost ušmudlaná. Ve skříních flekaté deky asi roky neprané. Drobnosti: pouze 1 ručník pro každého, tzn. žádný ručník na ruce, žádná utěrka na nádobí, tablety do myčky ano, ale do pračky prášek ne.
