Good value for the price!

Nice area, for us it was easy to walk to the beach (10 minutes?) and very close to the rail station (2 minutes) taking us to Gdansk or Gdynia. We had a car with us, reasonably easy to park around the area.

Good choice.

Pleasant, clean, comfortable place with good facilities and helpful staff. I had a private bathroom which was very artfully designed. It is located within 5 minutes' walk of the lesser train station in Sopot, and the centre of town and beach are within easy walking distance, though it's certainly not beach-front.

The room was on the small side (though the en-suite bathroom wasn't). The bed was also on the small side, but was comfy enough.

The place is clean and the staff are nice. I really don’t stay much only at night but it was nice staying there..I would need somewhere to stay I would definitely choose this again.. just need to have some food and snacks for me because shops to buy something to eat are not as near but overall i really had a good stay.

Only a few noise that you will hear outside the room at the hall way but i think nothing more of an issue. 😉🙂

for the price it’s pretty good, good value of money. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

there should be little bit more light in the room. but in morning that’s not the a problem because of sunlight.

When we book room was already to expensive,after pay when we arrived lady on desk ask me to pay extra for pet i was already book room together with pet so price should be already included pet ,after i pay extra 40£ for climate, terrible website didn’t inform me anout extra charge shame

Great stay, I would recommend the accommodation to everyone.

I really enjoyed nice staff, who welcomed us warmly, was always there to help. Room was big, very comfortable and clean. Very calm neighbourhood, it was great it was possible to park the car privately or on the street for free (free zone).

It was a little bit loud from neighbour rooms. I constantly could hear tv from the next room which was always open. When someone was on the corridor the sound was like someone was entering our room, what was a little bit uncomfortable.

Czysto, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia na dole, duża jadalnia. Blisko przystanek kolejowy Sopot Wyścigi skąd Skm można wybrać się by zwiedzić Gdańsk, Gdynie i itp. Okolica bardzo cicha, spokojna. To nasza pierwsza wizyta w Sopocie i byliśmy zadowoleni, nasz piesek także.

Miłe miejsce, dobry stosunek ceny do jakości

Czystość w pokoju i całym obiekcie - za to należą się wielkie brawa. Bardzo dobre instrukcje samodzielnego zameldowania/wymeldowania, które dostałem w wiadomości. Miła/spokojna okolica. Wentylator w pokoju.

Nie mam większych uwag, tylko drobnostki: Brak lodówki w pokoju, ale była duża wspólna lodówka w kuchni na poziomie -1 (korzystałem z niej i wszystko było ok). Niektóre informacje w pokoju były nieaktualne (np. wg. instrukcji na kartce w szafie, suszarkę można było wypożyczyć w recepcji, ale recepcja była cały czas zamknięta [kontakt telefoniczny w godz. 10-22], ostatecznie okazało się, że mała suszarka znalazła się w szafce pod zlewem w łazience - to jeszcze lepsza opcja niż wypożyczanie, ale raz na jakiś czas warto przejrzeć zamieszczone w pokojach informacje i (w razie potrzeby) je uaktualnić)

Przemiła Pani sprzątająca, super organizacja i lokalizacja też całkiem niezła. Było wszystko co potrzebne

Ciśnienie wody w prysznicu masakra, drzwi od łazienki nie dało się normalnie zamknąć bez trzaśnięcia, dodatkowo mogliby troszeczkę odświeżyć pokoje.

Séjour mitigé : emplacement pratique avec balcon et parking, mais propreté et service clairement à revoir.

le balcon de la chambre 215 est agréable, on peut s’y asseoir tranquillement. Une place de parking était disponible, ce qui est pratique. Sans cela, il aurait fallu se garer dans la rue, qui est assez étroite, et les voitures y sont souvent mal garées, ce qui aurait compliqué les choses. Avec un peu de chance, nous avons pu éviter ce souci.

Nous avons réservé deux chambres : une Double Room with Balcony (n°215) et une autre pour une personne. La chambre 215, en violet sur les photos, est clairement à éviter : matelas taché, douche avec mauvaise évacuation et odeur d’eau usée, robinet mal réglé qui éclabousse. Aucun entretien visible. La déco est très marquée et peu agréable. La seconde chambre était un peu mieux, mais la télévision ne fonctionnait pas (problème de réglage). Malgré notre appel au service, la responsable nous a d’abord répondu qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire et nous a proposé d’utiliser la télé de l’autre chambre — ce qui est inacceptable. Il a fallu insister fermement, car notre ami (personne âgée) avait besoin de la télévision pour regarder un match important. Après plusieurs échanges tendus, la responsable a finalement accepté de changer la chambre. Heureusement, mais cela n’aurait pas dû être aussi compliqué.
