Please note that group rentals are not allowed at Summer House on Romar Beach. No more than 5 units may be rented for groups of any kind. Any bookings found to be in violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500.
The fireplace is not for guest use.
This condo allows monthly reservations between November 1st and March 15th

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I like the easy access to the Pool and beach
The only problem was one of the beds was not clean, the oven door didn’t close properly

I never get my hopes up but this listing was spot on. It was a breathtaking view, and such a short way from the room to the beach! Absolutely recommend ♥️

We arrive to the condo and from the outside it appears all is fine. Even walking in initially all appears well. Renter beware.
First off the kitchen had plenty plates and cups. Cooking equipment was seriously lacking. The oven door doesn’t close completely. The fridge/freezer leaks water into the fridge. Fridge does not keep things as cold as they should. There is an extra under counter ice machine….does not work. The microwave was not secure to the above cabinet. There is no pantry.
Moving to the living room. Several of the electrical outlet plates were missing. We had small children with us. The back windows would not shut. This caused the ac to struggle keeping things cool at night.
Master bath tub struggled to drain. Spare bathtub has a large crack in it causing a leak and leak into the unit below. The floor rugs for the spare bath were hidden under the sink nasty and dirty. We had to wash them ourselves. Plenty blankets and pillows. Not enough bath linens for 8 people. Dryer takes atleast 2 60 minute cycles to dry load of clothes.
