The location is convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the facilities meet all needs well. The only downside was the room size, which felt a bit cramped compared to the rest of the experience.

    PROS: the hotel is located close to the main bus stop and situated near the KODAIKANAL lake. CONS: 1. Their so called standard room which costs around 4.5k does not have basic amenities like ventilation. you feel suffocated in the basement rooms. Even if you look for an upgrade all the rooms looks the same but price keeps varying. 2.There is no help for carrying your luggages. 3.there is drainage smell from the washroom. 4. you can hear the sounds from all the rooms in the basement clearly. 5. you can barely stand in the standard double rooms and there is no space left after placing your luggages.
