    "I recently stayed at Grand Kodai SR Inn and it was an excellent choice for exploring the heart of Kodaikanal. The location is unbeatableโ€”you are right in the center of the action. The biggest advantage is the dedicated parking space; once you arrive and park your car, you can leave it behind and easily roam around the city on foot. This saves you from the stress of traffic and waiting in queues. You are just a short walk away from Kodaikanal Lake, where you can enjoy a relaxing boat ride, as well as Bryant Park and the main shopping streets, where you can easily pick up local chocolates and oils. There is a great variety of shops and amenities in the immediate vicinity. The building itself has an older, classic character, but the rooms are spacious and stay naturally cool and comfortable, which is perfect for the weather. It is a very convenient place to stay if you want to explore the city without the hassle of driving everywhere. Highly recommended for those who value location and accessibility!"

    The location is the only advantage for this property. However there is no maintenance of the property. toilet door latches were breaking apart. The bathroom walls have not been painted for a very very long time and are full of mold. We were charged premium tariff for the room and the facilities and the room were far below the average. There was no cleanliness in the room. The curtains were very dirty and torn. The staircase is very dangerous and led to slipping again and again causing back injuries. No windows in the room to look at the beautiful Kodai views. There is only one window in the room and that opens into the common passage so no privacy either.
