Very centrally located. The apartment is very cozy and quiet. Everything was in excellent condition. The A1 bus from the airport stops at 10 minutes walking. There is a very convenient parking for those driving a car where one can pay by the day. There are bars, cafeterias, restaurants and food stores nearby

Location is excellent, very close to Palma centre
No sound proofing, can hear everything from the upstairs apartment including using bathroom facilities! We had to wake and sleep at the same time as other residents!Sofa bed uncomfortably and TV broken

The location is perfect, a short walk to restaurants and main sites. The accommodation was very clean and spacious. Has everything you need. Shower was good and bed was comfortable enough. The correspondence and property access was brilliant. Very responsive.
The only thing I’d comment on is that it isn’t very comfortable. The two seater sofa is very hard and no cushions, so you can’t really relax and watch TV if you wanted. We were just visiting for a 2 nights, but I think for any longer than that you’d want more comfort. We found ourselves choosing to rest on the bed. The bed only had 2 pillows, spare pillows were available, however no covers.
