About this house rental
Escape to our updated, freshly painted 1650sq/ft Sunriver getaway, with new floors throughout. New Air Conditioner to stay cool in the summer. New furniture to cozy up to and stay warm next to the new fireplace insert. New 8 person hot tub to chill out and relax. Back decks w/BBQ for your leisure time. 8 SHARC passes, 8 adult bikes , baby gate. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac by the North golf course. Come relax and enjoy Sunriver for summer or winter fun. Always fun things to do!
Full disclosure: I have installed a Nest doorbell camera on the front porch.
It is helpful to monitor repairmen and for snow removal in the winter.
It is the only camera on the property.
The space
Fully equipped kitchen with all NEW kitchen appliances, plates, glasses, pans, utensils, etc., etc. New Heater and Air Co. ALL NEW: 7 person, 40 jet Hot Tub, wood flooring and carpet throughout, all new furniture, 55" Smart TV, Blue Ray, Master King Bdrm, 24” flat screen, downstairs Queen bdrm 24” flat screen, new blinds, and BBQ. Bunk room with 2 sets of twin beds. Relax on the deck with new Patio furniture. 8 adult cruiser bikes, 8 SHARC passes (indoor pool open year round), Bumper Pool table, full size Foosball table, ladder game, giant Jenga game, ball toss, frisbies, soccer and footballs in garage.

I provide coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil and most spices. Enough for first couple days.
No smoking inside our home, garage, or outside on property.
25 MPH speed limit all thru Sunriver.

Sunriver is a No Drone Zone.

The property and home were very clean. The management was very responsive and communicated clearly. Couple of disappointments with the home was how warm the upstairs area was. The bottom cooled with no issues but the upstairs got very warm in the afternoon. We opened windows and doors and used a supplied fan to cool it down. I think the home could use some ceiling fans to circulate the air a bit better. The hot tub was great, except it was a bit noisy at night when trying to sleep in the master bedroom. Overall, we were very happy with the stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and look forward to visiting again.

Property is exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to cook breakfast, dinner, etc. Owner was responsive and on top of all communication. Master bedroom bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on! Would definitely recommend!!

My family and I stayed at this house for about a week. It's a great location that doesn't get a lot of traffic, being on the North side. The house is really clean and the furniture and kitchen are newer.
A few small items to be aware of:
- Make sure to bring towels if you're using the Sharc. Sharc doesn't provide towels and this rental didn't want you taking towels off-site.
- A couple of the bikes were a little worn - either flat tires or wobbly wheels. But there are enough you should find ones that work.
- The master bed is a bit soft. But that's a personal preference. I ended up sleeping on the couch one night and it was great.
Overall it was a great house and a great vacation.
